Supplemental / Ending Measurement

Deltatrac determines your unique body profile by beginning with a prediction (above) and then using actual daily results over time to determine your true body profile. A midpoint and ending measurement are required to complete the calculations. Based on the level of leadership you choose, your coach will inform you of the recommended scheduling times for each such measurement. It includes The Online Initializing Interview, The Personal Setup Session with a Deltatrac-Certified Coach, and a Mid-point Assessment, and a Final Assessment. This test is conducted in a Deltatrac-certified facility with a Deltatrac-certified coach. The test reveals your cardio-pulmonary capability and assists in properly setting up your cardio plan.

  
Lactate Threshold Test

 This test is conducted in a Deltatrac-certified facility with a Deltatrac-certified coach. It reveals your Lactate threshold, the primary componant used to improve cadio-respiratory endurance. The test requires the harvest of blood from the fingertip. Please discuss the test thoroughly with your coach prior to purchase.
